F2P Silver Smelting

Apologies if this is a silly question, but I'm new and struggling.
I can't do the family crest challenge, and I am trying to smelt a silver ore at the Burthope forge.

I am right clicking the ore onto the forge, but it comes up with the crafting options (symbol etc) but no option to smelt a silver bar - can anyone give a really simple blonde girl guide for this?

- Click on a Furnace with silver ore in your inventory
- On the left side of the interface, click on the silver ore
- That should open the Specialist Ore Smelting menu in the middle of the interface, where you can click on Silver Bar
- Click on "Begin Project"
