Ok so the cut scene will not complete and keeps stopping even if I don't click!

So I am at the part where you go to Lucien in the Wilderness and go to his chapel and walk across and the cut scene starts, I have Dagonhai robes, the orb and spare death and Law runes.

Everything else on the quest log complete but the cutscene keeps stopping and will not complete!! I have tried on Different devices to see if this is the cause but nope! Nada! Nothing!

Anyone got any advice?

Hmm, that's an interesting one.

Have you talked to the NPCs in the area, and have you attempted the next stage of the quest? Doing so might trigger the game into treating the cutscene as complete.

You could try lowering your settings, as this might help. Another you could try is launching your client in compatibility mode . That isn't a cast-iron guarantee, but I would certainly give it a try.

Verify that you have everything you need. I suspect you do (as the cutscene is at least starting), but do check and confirm. If you're doing everything right, and if you have tried adjusting your settings, it could be a bug. If that is the case, your best bet would be to submit an in-game bug report.

I am on this quest too and got stuck at that exact same spot. If you have already left the top of the chapel here's what you need to do:
Retrace your steps back from black knight's castle, down where the elite knights were, through the obstacles and back into the room you are teleported to from the cell (make sure you have your elite knight's set, dagon'hai(?) Set, law rune, death rune and the orb). Go back up the stairs, active the orb, climb back onto the top of the chapel and restart the cutscene. Here's how you progress... Wait! When you see the arrow to go to the next chat slide, wait until all animations are completely done (I waited about 15-20 seconds each slide). It seems you need to allow the game time to process the next scene otherwise it will skip and have issues. Waiting until the animations are done, longer to be safe, will allow the next scene to play out until eventually you finish the cutscene and can progress in the quest. I hope this helps!!

i need help on this quest im at the last part of the quest on the puzzle part.
i have collected 7 out of 8 dolmans. but when it comes down to the 8th dolman it wont allow me to place the ingredients on the statue, it may be a bug and now i cant finish this quest cuz of it .,ive tried to hop worlds ive tried to log out and still nothing .

any time i would place the ingredients on the statue it says nothing happened plus the durids did not drop any of the ingredients i had to keep going back and forth to the GE

what can i do , because i definitely will not be start over .
any possible way you could fix this quest.

I am stuck on While Guthix Sleeps quest. I am at the part where you use the druid pouches on the spirits. When I use the pouches on then it releases the spirits but they do not drop any of the ingredients for the potions. I have logged off and on. backtracked on quest, tried for weeks. cannot complete quest. I have the silver cycle in inventory and the robs equipped.

I notified support with no response. Can anyone help please?

The druids for the dolman part only drop the items once. If you didn't manage to pick them up at the time they first dropped them you'll need to provide the items yourself. Do remember that every potion you see on those altars have a regular and a super variant. If say for the attack dolman you tried using guam & eye of newt with a response nothing interesting happens. Try instead irit & eye of newt.
