So i've been trying to get my last buckler for a while now(3000 porter charges), and i have yet to get this. It is the prodromoi buckler from the amphitheater debris. I have 106 arch and it is guaranteed at 105. And i have checked my bank about 5 times to verify i'm not blind or spelling it wrong.

Is this currently a bug? Anyone know what's going on? Not sure if this is the correct forum, if not let me know.

I'm not an expert but it sounds like a glitch to me, if you've done all that you mention. If it is that, you would need to submit a bug report. However, on the chance that it isn't, I'm hoping that having placed it here, you'll get some advice and resolution.

Yep I would also say it looks like a bug. One thing - have you checked with Vanescula at Everlight to see if she's holding the item for you? I remember destroying one of those arch items and having to reclaim it from the NPC's a while back.
