Unable to picklock on Treasure room door, attempts to picklock door return the message "No matter how hard you try, you cannot currently pick this lock."

I am using a lockpick, where would i find a hair clip?

Utilizing a hair clip also does not pick the door and returns the same previous message.

Depending on which gang you are in, go through all the dialogue options with Grip or Charlie, to make sure that you haven't missed a bit that would trigger the door lock to be pickable.
