Bossing after a long time away

I'd expect either of the two god wars dungeons are good.
Your mage level and what you said leads me to believe you're an avid mage, so perhaps good ol' God Wars Dungeon 1 will help.
I prefer Bandos, but realistically he's just not worth the money anymore with his whole set being about 5m...
However! Armadyl has held it's value very well at just over 4m for the cheapest item (as of 28/04/2023): as you can see here. .
As such, for a boss I'd recommend Zilyana: wiki page here.
Feel free to search around and use /wiki. In my honest opinion, I would try to build up towards Vindicta or the Twin Furies in God Wars Dungeon 2 - I'm rather bad at bossing, but they're beatable (though I have good gear for it).
Overall, my recommendation is:
Don't boss yet, get some better gear, max out atk, str and hp (and ideally prayer) while earning good money doing slayer assignments. Work towards a noxious weapon if you can, but ultimately God Wars Dungeon 1 bosses are easy enough to scrape by (just have teleports out).
When you've got the gear, look into God Wars Dungeon 1 bosses (zilyana will get you the best chances of good money in my opinion), get used to Evolution of Combat (EoC) action bars (ideally with slayer) and you should be taking out bosses left and right
