i need undead twigs but have to talk to turael.. he only wants to introduce me to runescape.
I cant progress anymore in this quest until this bug is fixed

I have clicked on every chat option he offers.. ive even done slayer tasks from him to try to free him up.. i need help please.

The introduction to Runescape actually inhibits progress in this quest. Although it isn't "required" to complete the turael tutorial you actually are prevented from completing any quests that involve turael while it is incomplete.

Therefore you must chop the tree, fish the 12 crayfish, light the fire, cook the crayfish, mine the tin and copper, make the helm, go fight 5 troll chuckers, kill Morningstar.

and then finally you're given permission via correct dialogue continue having fun with the content from the game that you actually want to do.
