I just logged in for the day and noticed that I had 2 runescape windows that came up.
One was an odd looking one stating that their was a EULA change.....asking for agreement.
Just wanted to double check if that was legit or if I should do some scanning/password changes.

If you've changed device, browser or opened more than one client it could explain why you're getting the message! Also, if you haven't played since terms update it explains the message.
