Right click > examine > flag and select the option for macroing/use of bots.
It helps to report a handful of them so Jagex knows there's a crowd. :P Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

I also wanted to point out that you should be 100% sure they're bots. This is so to have a more accurate report.

Tips:
- Check their stats and look for anomalies;
- Check for consistent / out of the ordinary movements;
- Check if they respond back to you questions
