Song from the Depths bug?

I've been doing some questing and am trying to do: Song from the Depths

When I talk to Lucille in Rim and drink the potion to "sleep walk" and follow the souls, I cannot see the cave they are entering (every guide shows the cave on their screen)

Has anyone had issues with this or know what the problem could be?

The cave icon appears on minimap but it is not physically there to click ( I can't complete quest)

I'm having the same issue myself. How can I continue the quest now ?

This should now be fixed. Included in today's Patch Notes :

"Restored the cave entrance for Song from the Depths and spruced it up to better match its new environment."
