Just wondering if Lady Niya is still in the game. I’ve got the 4 season cloaks that I’m wanting to join, and they say to go to Lady Niya who is meant to be southwest of Varrock but I cannot find her anywhere.

go to the mining site south west from lodestone.
I believable she's roaming the forest area just north west from mining spot.

I have searched that area quite thoroughly, on multiple different worlds and she doesn’t seem to be there.
Any other ideas?
