I did some testing of XP rates when going for 99 fishing at barbarian fishing. I was getting 100k xp/hour with Master Call of the Sea aura. The aura gives a significant boost to your XP/hour, putting it above fish flingers and next to C2 fishing in XP rates.

Was able to get 109k with lumberjack, 3% ava, perfect plus potion, and crystal hatchet at ivy with vos. I only did 1 hour so its not the most accurate but will give an approximation.

For comparison, crystal trees I am able to get 115-120k with lumberjack, 3% ava, crystal hatchet, perfect plus, and beaver familiar. So I'm going to say if I had a beaver familiar while cutting ivy I would have gotten about the same as crystal trees.

For the best xp you should siphon nodes only I move between 32, 30, 29, 27, and 25 (there is a map in the runescape game guide) and just get ess from the floating essence when you run out.
