How do I get back icons in the chat box. Somehow some of the chat options have disappeared and I would like to get them back. Can't talk to anyone without them

I think you mean this - just click the + icon so that it turns into a - icon

No it is the line with the icons that has the Emotes on. Can I get back the ones that are missing on that line

Hover mouse over the party hat icon in your menu ribbon and click on the 2 faces
