Hey all, I'm trying to do the Temple at Senntisten questline, I got to the Curse of Arrav and Ali just wont help me out at all, according to the wiki I "should" have completed all of the requirements but here I am... with Ali having no quest to accept, anyone know what I might be doing wrong, not have, or do have equipped that isn't allowed?

He is located in the correct location at his house in Nardah which from all my searching only happens when the quest should become available
