Currently I am 72 range (50k from 73) I want 99.
I will get 80 range, through the thousands of iron knives and bronze knives I have in my bank that need to be used, but after 80 range will 46,770 red chins be enough for 99?
I plan on getting 99 hunter as well

"From 85-99 Ranged, you'd use about 50k-55k Red Chins [calculated at around 200k per 1k]. In total, you'd spend from 40M-60M tops depending on the price you buy each Red Chin and the other supplies."
So no. Even if you get 99 Hunter, you'll need A LOT more chins.
