sc hats give double the exp you would normally receive for a limited time based on your current level in the skill your using the sc item for.
i did a test and at 96 range one range sc hat lasts for 36k of exp.
hopefully your right because that means ill get 1.2m exp from 3k chins with sc hats
and yes i have enough points for all the hats needed
