Hi there ^_^
First of all, I would like to say that you've made a GREAT guide. In fact, this has made me try for 99 Ranged (currently only 77 :( ). Although, I'm still unsure about some stuff:
1) Stealing Creation Ranged armour - Does this provide double xp for whatever I hit. Example, you assumed that a player would get 200xp for every Red Chinchompa used, would the stealing creation ranged armour double this to 400xp for every Red Chin?
2) If the above question was correct (400xp per Red Chin), then how long does one piece of Stealing Creation ranged armour last (xp wise). I read that bit saying it was approx. 36k xp, but I'm still unsure.

Alright, I'm going to make this pretty plain and simple...
PROS of SC armor-
- Doubles experience
- Less Chins needed
CONS of SC armor-
- You can't use it at Ape Atoll, which is a much better Chinning place than the Chaos Tunnels
- They only last about 600 (I think) Chins per hat.
- If you're using more armor than just the hat, you are wasting experience.
- On average you only get 3 hats per hour from Stealing Creation
Those are just some of the cons, and almost all of the pros. As you can see it really isn't worth it, and I highly, highly suggest getting Void armor instead.

Hi there Bronco,
Why can't I use it in Ape Atoll? I've calculated I need 318 Coifs, which I am willing to get. I get 4 Coifs per hour, so I don't think that's much of a problem. I know it will take me over a month just to get the points.
I don't have the money for straightforward 99 Ranged using Red chins, so I will stick with this method.
