Hi, I'm a ranged / Mage pure and currently lvl 54 range 40 prayer and 50 Mage. (1 att def and str) if I get 55 range and 43 prayer would this be fastest xp for me or should I do bronZe knives ( if I did chins it would be in chaos tunnels)

Hey dude, I'm at the Ape atoll dungeon atm, and wondering would mob I am looking for. On my way to Zooknock I saw two mobs of about 5 skeletons each, are these the ones I'm aiming for?
Ok I think I found the bunch of 6-8. Is there a way to stop the rocks from damaging you?
