I have a medium clue scroll to jump for joy in the yanille bank wearing adamant med helm, iron crossbow, and snakeskin chaps. I jump for joy and uri appears. When I speak to him, he states we have no business comrade.

With medium clue scrolls, you need to perform a second emote once Uri appears to make him speak to you.

(And for the record, this thread is two years old and has been gravebumped.)

It's not broken.

Read the clue again. It clearly states: "Jump for joy in Yanille bank. Dance a jig before you talk to me . Equip an iron crossbow, adamant med helm and snakeskin chaps."

As noted above, you need to perform a second emote before you talk to him. I have had the same clue several times over the past few days ad it has worked as intended for me.
