I think fairy tale 2 cure the queen is either broken or I messed up bad enough to be unable to proceed I've got the certificate used both options and checked the plaque at the alter ruins but can't teleport to the queen's hideout

You need to have the certificate in your inventory. Read it, examined the plaque to realize it says cosmic rune altar. Then decipher the back of the certificate to figure out the 4 coordinates that need to be entered in order to get to the hideout.

In each case when you teleport to each location, you have to return via the fairy ring network. The exception is the 3rd location there is no return ring so just walk back to the master ring and dial the 4th location.

If the rings aren't working for you at all. Do you have the dramen staff equipped?
