CAN'T START AZZANADRA'S QUEST

Every time I try to speak to Azzanadra to begin the quest I get logged out. I have finished the Vault of shadows miniquest yesterday. Have given back the 4 scrolls to Dr. Nabanik. My log tells me that I have completed The Vault. I have 99 Divination, 107 Archeology, 99 Prayer and 99 Agility. Have completed Desperate Measure as well.
But every time I try to start the quest I get logged out. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. Would greatly appreciate any help to get me started on this quest. Thank you.

Sounds like a bug.

You should submit a bug report in game, so that the relevant team can investigate and fix it.

Can't start azzanadra's quest keeps booting me off ,reported it yesterday ,tried 3 times again this morning same thing booted off again, when is jagex going to fix this issue Can't start azzandras quest keeps booting me off , I've reported it twice nothing has been done ,tried again this morning same thing booted me off 3 times gave up in the end when are they going to fix it
