When attempting to start lunar diplomacy the npc lokar won't talk to me regarding quest options and instead just saying he won't take me to the island... I have all the requirements for lunar diplomacy tho including all 3 quests, and having 80 crafting 73 def 55fire 49herb 81 mag 82 mineing 56 woodcutting. Could this be a bug if I gained most the xp with lamps? Many Blessings be into you!

I would suggest checking your Quest Journal to see if there are any requirements you may have missed. Doing some research on your issue, it seems like a player had a similar experience but resolved this by playing on a computer rather than a laptop. Of course, this isn't intended, and if you believe this to be a bug then you can report this bug in-game.

I'm glad you resolved the issue. I was going to suggest taking a step back to ensure you had completed everything and exhausted all dialogues before you proceeded - that's usually how such things happen!

XP lamps arent an issue. I'm sure by now most of us have achieved a lot of XP by using lamps; such an issue would have been flagged long ago.
