The first wave wont start. Saradomin and Nex had their exchange ending with World Guardian hold the line but nothing happens. I've looked everywhere and there is no options to start it. I've checked the guides which don't say I need to do anything.

Any advice is appreciated

It looks like you've resolved whatever the issue was, as your RuneMetrics shows that miniquest as "Completed".
