I don't have the levels to do the City of Senntisten quest but I am already working through the Senntisten digsite and want to start the research but the cathedral bookcase does not allow me to study it. Is it simply that I need to do the quest or is there another issue? There is no information in the guides indicating that the research might be blocked. What's going on?

Hmm. I know it was physically blocked off a few months back due to a graphical bug, but it should be fine now.

Have you checked to see if you're using the correct bookcase? Also, have you checked your available research assignments? You might have already unlocked it for your team.
