Not all items can be noted.
What is the item you are trying to withdraw?

I have the same problem, it happens with all items, even logs, or other simple items which should be able to be noted. When I activate "withdraw as notes" it still withdraws as single items. It only works when I drag items into my inventory, then they actually do get noted. Still slow, but a lot better than not being able to note at all.

Please make sure that you don't have your equipment tab selected in the bank interface.

You can also select the amount of items to be withdrawn/deposited at the bottom right.

Can confirm, this is an active glitch. No human error involved. No wrong inventories. It happens at least 2 - 3 times a day and locks you out of withdrawing noted items for about 10 minutes and then decides to work after 3 -4 relogs.

Sent in a bug request, though reading online Its common fallacy this is a human error, thus most likely to be ignored by devs.

Using iOS Catalina.

Literally hard to recreate as its so unpredictable when this happens - do as predicted, set withdraw as note function - have main inventory open - withdraws items in un-noted form.

It's such a hit and miss glitch that something must be messing with it, only items I was wearing this most recent time were silver hawk boots and a spirit diamond. No active auras.

Please don't push this under the carpet and put it down to human error, its continuously annoying.

If you're reading this, re log and it usually fixes.

Certain items cannot be withdrawn noted form. If you believe this is a bug with your OS, I think you did the right thing of reporting it ingame.

This does not mean that it was actually bugged for the other users who posted above. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

Appreciate the response, just to clarify the items I was trying to note this time were mithril bars, adamant bars and fire talismans.

note, there is human error involved if trying to withdraw to anywhere but main inventory, however on screen you get a display notification advising this, would love a hot fix though.
