I play on and off and remember setting my bank pin but now have no clue what it is. How can I reset it? It says there is an option to say your forgot it but that is an old window and not the current text box.

To reset your Bank PIN you will need to open the Bank PIN interface in-game, and when prompted for your PIN, select "I don't know it". Doing this will activate the PIN removal process, where your PIN will be reset in 3 or 7 days, depending on the recovery delay you selected when you set it up. You will be unable to withdraw items until the new PIN has been completely reset.
