Good morning.
What can I do if I just get hacked I missing alot of my bank can someone help me?

@ Exodia90 - The first thing you should do is ensure that your computer and your registered email are both secure. Read this guide, as well as see the following Support Centre guides for information on doing that:
Securing your computer and account
Keeping your email secure

You should also make sure that you are taking advantage of all the account security tools available, such as a Bank Pin and RuneScape Authenticator
Bank PIN
RuneScape Authenticator
If you need additional security advice, you are welcome to ask in the Community Led Account Help Forum.

While Jagex's policy is that they do not return items lost due to account theft , the hijackers cannot steal your levels, and therefore you should be able to quickly earn back what you have lost. There is also a link in the article for you to use to provide Jagex with additional information on the hijacking to help them catch the hijacker.

Old School had an update that didn't goto plan. Due to unforeseen circumstances Jagex had to do a roll back of all Old School accounts. So several hours of game play was lost.

Sadly nothing can be done about it as the roll back has been done.

Hi XX-D,

As Tufty stated on the Forum Help thread, there's nothing that can be done about lost progress / items on the account as the rollback was used to address a bug Bug: Twisted Bows at the Farming Guild

You will have to re-do everything you've accomplished before the update again to regain your stats / items as it's not possible for Jagex to return them to you due to technical limitations for Old School RuneScape.

I assume that you yourself are responsible for the execution of updates.

I do not agree that I have to train again for new ones.

thanks, i already make my account safer, and i see your policy about not giving back the items. but i will like to make a report so you can check in what part of the world they loggin so you can banned the people that are making this kind of thing. know i will need to grind agin.
