Also I am adding a few corporal << ranks in the chat so that if there aren't stars about you can boot spammers from the chat, it'll probably be on a temporary basis depending on how it works out.

So spamming, chat activity, is bad?
I believe he means spamming for the, well, sole purpose of spamming or disrupting the chat. Tumbleweeding is okay though, since it's kind of a "thing" we have in the fc. They are, however, limited to 4 lines, so give a warning to anyone who goes beyond that. Proceed to kick if they ignore the warning.
