8) Yield to higher ranks - If there is a situation in the clan and a higher rank than you steps in to resolve it, please don't undermine them. If you feel they are in the wrong please speak to a key rank about it in private message. Don't try to supersede the higher rank. Please include screen shots with the conversation to be able to show what happened

9) If you are an Temp Admin + and involved in a dispute with another member - you are not allowed to punish the other member. A second Admin + must be involved as the mediator.

10) Use only English - when talking in clan chat or in True Colours voice chats so all can understand and participate.

11) Discord name must match/ resemble your runescape in game name - In the event of multiple accounts, the name most frequently seen will be used or multiple names may be listed.

12) Poaching is not cool or tolerated - Please review our special poaching rules.
1st offence: The offending player shall be issued a warning. The warning will be documented in the sheet for clannies or documentation files in Admin + for guests.
2nd Offence: The offending player shall be muted for 1 week; this will be recorded in the appropriate place.
3rd Offence: The offending Player will be added to the clan ban list and will not be welcomed back. This will also be recorded.

All Clanmates and Guests must follow these rules. Anyone found to be in violation will be dealt with in accordance to the three-step method outlined below.

First Offence: Formal Warning issued. This warning is put in the documentation files for guests or clan roster sheet for clannies. This warning lasts for 30 days. It will be removed from records after 60 days.

Second Offence: Clan members will be dropped a rank level and muted for a week (depending upon offense) in discord and in clan. Guests will be removed from clan chat for a week and well as muted in the discord for a week. Admins+ will lose their admin rank and will need to reapply in accordance with the admin disciplinary policy. This sanction lasts for 60 days and remains in the records for 180 days.

Third Offence: Member or guest in offence will be kicked and banned from the clan and discord.

@acting key - acting key when no keys are not around.
@admins + - admins + including temporary admins.
@Temporary Admins - admins that are learning the ropes of our clan.
@events hosts - members that regular hosts events.
@events co host - members that will co host events.
@volunteer co hosts - members that are volunteering to host events (this is captains +)
@Movie Night Host - hosts movies.
@Captain & @General - set discord nicknames.
@Loyalty - Clannies that have helped in the clan for a long time.
@Nitro Booster - gets to have their own role with hex color and to host or co host an event or gif or emote
@Clan members - Clannies +.
@Bot support - Bot help, bot set up, bot help, and etc.
@Vip Guests - People that are clan friends.
@Guests - People that are guesting in the server.

If you don’t have these roles you will have limited access to see or talk or join vc that’s why we have these roles.

1) Admins may have more than 1 account in admin. This will be documented via the spreadsheet. Only one account may be eligible to go be ranked up beyond admin rank.

2) Admins should not mention any names when discussing past disciplinary action.

Admins breaking clan Rules or Runescape Rules
In the event an admin is breaking clan rules, the Report-A-Situation channel system should be utilize or key ranks should be made aware. Evidentiary support should be provided along with the write up of the situation including screen shots., recording, and or witnesses of the event. All parties will be spoken with to promote fairness. Once a decision is made regarding the situation, all relevant parties will be informed. A singular key rank shall be in charge of communicating with relevant parties in order to promote cohesiveness and completeness of communication.

Three Step System/ Consequences of an Admin+ found to be being in violation of clan rules
1st offense: The Admin+ shall receive a warning and have a 30 day ban from hosting events. It will be on the record for 60 days. They may still complete all other clan jobs.
2nd offense: The Admin + will be deranked to general with a 90 day wait time before they may reapply to leadership/ becoming an admin. The process for retraining an admin will restart. Policy and procedure for temporary admin supervision will be enacted. This will be erased from the admin's note area on sheet after 180 days.
3rd offense: In the event a subsequent offense is made while an individual is on probation (deranked due to 2nd offense) during the 180 day period, the individual will be banned from clan without possibility of re-entry.

Once an infraction is erased from the sheet, the admin has a clean slate and must go through 1st and 2nd second offenses.

General Guidelines for Events:

1. Events NEED: date, time, where, participation rewards ether provided or needed, world and host.
All of this information must be provided to create structure, and promote inclusion amongst clannies.
2. When requesting to host an event outside of the events meeting you will be notified with an official/unofficial or denied ruling within 48 hours by events hosts.
3. Admins only get share of loot for bossing events and or monthly events.
4. In order for your event to be counted on the sheet, it needs to meet the criterion listed below for an "official event".
5. In the case of events that are Bossing Events, all loot gathered is added up at the end of the event and divided up evenly amongst all participants via loot or value in GP by an @admins + or @events hosts. In the event that an event is hosted by cohosts or volunteer hosts, one person will be designated to collect loot and split it appropriately. This person will be named and follow the procedure as outlined above.
This may be considered a participation prize if split is above 100k or 120k for clan cloak.

Official Events:
1. Official events need a co-host for an event in the situation the main host does not arrive.
2. Official events will ALWAYS have a participation prize, if you do not have one or the treasury can not afford one the event will be posted and will be counted as an unofficial event.
3. Posted on the clan events page in discord and via the notice board in runescape and will have information provided for time, date and location at least 3 days in advance with a preferred notice time of 2 weeks.
4. Will not be canceled unless by owner, deputy owner, runescape staff or pmods or in the event of server failure.
5. Always slotted to have a participation award of 100k or more, 120k if participant wears clan cape during event. Prizes will be provided by hosts or clan treasury as appropriate (unless event is outside of runescape)!
6. Events will be hosted in safe areas (not the wilderness).
7. Worlds selected must not be level locked and be appropriate for the activity happening meaning F2P on F2P worlds. P2P on P2P worlds. No dangerous worlds or joke worlds 69/420.
8. Be hosted by a main events host with a back up certified host (no exceptions). At least one of the hosts must be present, specifically an admin host.
9. All contest related events must have 1st - 3rd placing at minimum.
All Criterion will be met or the event will be considered an unofficial event.
10. When a long term event with prizes ends, you have 2 weeks to claim your participation prizes.

Unofficial Events:
1. Will preferably be announced on clan notice board and in events page.
2. Will follow same hosting rules and expectations as an official event (see above) with the exception being no participation prize being allotted.
3. Unscheduled Movies will be considered an unofficial event.
4. Events not meeting any of the criterion above that are still following clan rules and not in the "denied events" category will be considered a clan gathering and not an "event".

Prohibited Events:
1. Movies may not be shown that are owned by Disney or affiliates under the "Disney umbrella" due on an ongoing lawsuit with Discord. All movie ratings must be TV 14 or below. R-rated films will be shown privately and will be invite only.
2. Events not following expectations or approved criterion and that are vetoed by the list mentioned in official events will not be permitted. Any attempts to supersede rulings will be met with disciplinary action.

Clan leaders - Clan leaders who have gave advice to TC Fre when she wanted to give up they were there especially One lead by Jank, Nossa Doce Lar lead by Zwarte Duif and Dawn Patrol co leader FrostDragonZ.
