Three Strikes System


Strike 1 - The first strike should be considered a warning. Punishment will come in the form of not gaining ranks as others that are equally active would. There will be a one-month freeze on promotions.

Strike 2 - The second strike will result in the offender being demoted one rank, as well as a further two-month freeze on promotions.

Strike 3 - On the third strike, The council will review the situation and decide whether or not the person should be kicked. Usually, at this point they will be.

Because we know that people can learn from their mistakes and become more mature over time, we will remove one strike older than three months on the first of every month. Should a member have two strikes, the second strike will only be removed another three months after the first strike was removed (regardless of when it was issued).

It is a privilege to be in this clan, because there are many great players and fun activities. So be good, and the clan will be great!
