Welcome to our Recruitment Forum! :D We are close knit clan that loves to get to know each other. We are a friendly group of people who value having a good time over xp or gp. We are looking to flourish into an active and social clan with clan events such as pvm, skilling, d&d, and etcetera to suit you no matter where you are in the world. 1)~~~~How to get Ranked Up~~~~


Recruit - Corporal: First time capping
Corporal - Sergeant: reach Fealty 3
Sergeant - General: ranked with loyalty and long service members can be ranked up if they're active.

Capping: You need to Fully Capp. You can post that you have capp in Discord in the # capped section or you can post in the "~~~~Forms~~~~" in the Forum Posts.

Recruiting: You can only recruit 6 members per month. If you go over a month you need to ask Admins and up if it's okay for you to invite that member. The person recruiting needs to capp, attend clan events, and help clan members. If you make a poor choice of who you recruited then the recruiting capp will get reduced by one each poor choice you made. Then the recruiting will get stripped away from you but if you want a second chance you will need a vote from the Admin and up. You can post who you recruited in the Discord # recruited section or you can post in the "~~~~Forms~~~~" in the Forum Posts.

Helping: Helping a member with quests, (example: meaning you will go out of your way to help them), bossing (example: tanking for them and if they can't purchase items give them some items), showing them new things like activating their lodestones, going with them through tasks, and so much more. You can post in the # help section in the Discord or "~~~~Forums~~~~".

Visiting: If you visit and don't Fully Capp that still count as a visit but since we can't really see that you have visited please make sure you post in the # capped section in Discord or in the "~~~~Forms~~~~".

Clan Events: You need to stay an hour or how long the host can host the event. If you need to leave the Clan Event please let the host know that you need to leave but make sure you finish the round or whatever you guys are doing. The host will be the ones to keep track on who participated in the Clan Event.

2)~~~~Ranking System~~~~


Recruit: Allowed in the keep and citadel.

Corporal: Broadcast Clan Events from the Noticeboard.

Sergeant: Able to vote in Clan Meeting. Can start recruiting new clan members for the clan.

Lieutenant: Operate Theatre Room.

Captain: Operate Party Room.

General: Start event in the Battlefield.

Administrator: Gain Avatar Warden.

Organizer: Able to remove Avatar Habitat.

Coordinators: Able to upgrade Skill Plots.

Overseer: Able to downgrade Skill Plots.

Deputy Owner: Same power as leader.

Admins and up: Observe the possible next Temporary Admins. We observe you on how active, helpful, participating in clan events, max capping every tick, being social, welcomes new clan members, welcomes clan guests, and we also observe you on how you handle all the members (this is your attitude to all members. This is because we need someone in Admins who can tolerate and also have a good role model to all members).

Temporary Admins: This is so you can see if you can handle being an Admin and we can see if you are fit to be one. I will be private message you about this. You must host Clan Events, Set Resource Target every tick, bring Clan Ava out when you are on, the other ava can be used for other worlds as long as you leave one clan avatar for w8, get both Clan Avas to collect Resources every tick, enforce clan rules, and look at the clan chat. This may take a 1 or 2 months to observe how you are doing and then we all discuss if you deserve a higher rank than admin. After we decide we will private message you if you are okay with the rank. All Temporary Admins and up must have Discord so we can easily have Admins meeting and you can keep up on what's happening in the clan.

Deranks: If you haven't been on and not help the clan. You will be deranked. We derank every 28th of the month. This is so we can maintain the ranks and not have too many people in one rank.

Inactives: We will kick 5 inactive members every month or so. Things we will kick members for are: xp you have not contributed to the clan, if you talked in the clan, and how much you have helped out in the clan.

3)~~~~Rules~~~~


1) No Botting/macroing

2) No Spamming/Harrassing

3) No Begging: You can ask but don't beg. You know the difference. If you ask more than 3 - 4 times you will be asked to stop asking. This is because you are already spamming and you've asked the same question members already saw and didn't reply to or said they don't have it.

4) Don't ask for ranks. This also includes Private Messaging about ranks to Admins and up.

5) Swearing is allowed but please keep to a minimum. You can't also swear at someone.

6) Be Respectful: This is self explanatory however please keep in mind that
True Colours is mainly a social clan. We talk about a variety of subjects. If a clan member says you've gone to far drop the subject and move on to something else.

7) Don't cause drama: Everyone has disputes, but when it starts to disrupt Clan Chat and bother other clan members that's when the Admins+ will step in.

8) Follow all Jagex rules.

9) Yield to higher ranks: If there is a situation in the clan and a higher rank than you step in to resolve it don't undermine them. If you feel they are in the wrong speak to me about it in private message. Don't try to supersede them.

10) If you are a High Rank and you are involved in a dispute with another member you are not allowed to punish the other member. A second High Rank must be involved as the mediator.

11) No talking about religion and politics: so we are not arguing to each other about this in the clan chat.

Rule Breaking: Any violation of the clan rules will result in a verbal warning from one of the higher ranks (Admin and up). You will be given two warnings before being de-ranked for rule breaking. At this point a Key Rank (Overseer, Deputy Owner, Owner) will be notified. If you continue to cause problems after being de-ranked you will be given a final warning from the Key Rank before being kicked from the clan.

Clan Re-entry: If you are kicked from the clan and want to come back you may be given a chance. However only the Owner, Deputy Owners, and Overseer can decide to bring you back or not. If you are re-added into the clan and cause further problems you will be permanently banned from the clan.

Discord: If any members join Discord they must also follow the clan rules that are listed in the "~~~~Rules~~~~" section. You must have the same Discord name as your Runescape name. If you want to join our Discord Admins and up can invite you.

Guesting in the clan chat: All guests are allowed to guest in the clan chat but they must follow our clan rules.

Everything in the clan is confidential. If you are caught sharing information or telling people the drama or anything that is not supposed to be shared examples: our ranking system, clan events, and so forth you will get talked to and the second offense you will get kicked.
