Piccapeppa.
Piccapeppa is a very small clan that was formed in order to get the clan xp buff. If you want the xp buff of a clan but are not interested in the combat or social aspects then Piccapeppa might be of interest to you. The only requirement to get the xp buff is to visit the Citadel once a week for 3%, you can increase the buff to 6% by gaining fealty (capping). There are no requirements to join and as long as you follow Jagex's rules then you are welcome. If you think you might be interested, message me in game or post below
