Rank Structure Continued
Coordinator -
Justicars of the Aegis. Justicars are those who run the weekly events from our schedule. Each one will have a day that they lead the events, and they coordinate with the paladins to run the event. While higher ranks can lead events, Justicars should be allowed the chance to prove themselves.
Overseer -
Keepers of the Aegis. Keeper is a rank given to veteran members with less free time to contribute to the clan, but still want to help out. They maintain the citadel, set the weekly caps, ensure the avatar caps, and give reminders to visit and cap at the citadel.
Deputy Owner -
Masters of the Aegis. Masters are the most loyal, dedicated, and longest serving members of the clan. As such, they make up the inner circle and advise the Grand Master. They each have a special role that they are tasked with improving the clan in. Be it recruitment, roleplaying, PvM, etc. They can still run events and have the same responsibilities as other clan mates, but they should let each rank perform it's role if possible..
Clan Owner
- The Grand Master of the Aegis. The Grand Master is responsible to hosting meetings, recording meeting summaries, maintaining the clan Twitter and Discord, and meeting with the Masters to determine the future direction of the Aegis.
Ranks from the lowest Aspirant rank to Templar of the Aegis are earned via participation in clan events, capping at the citadel, and reading this very thread. Ranks above Templar are earned by displaying skills related to that rank. Ranks are lost through long periods of inactivity, such as over a month, without giving proper notice.
