Above ---- = Meets point requirement for the next rank; points are now capped until other requirements are satisfied.

Please note: Each rank above Initiate has a cap, or a maximum amount of points that can be earned under that rank. Each student has a one week grace period from the time they reach the cap (and potentially go over) to take the exam and still retain any over points. If the exam (and any other requirements) are not met within the week, then any points that are over the cap, will be deducted and the student will remain at the cap limit until the requirements are satisfied.

¤ General Ranking Requirements ¤

The RNC's ranking system is one that is based on effort, participation, and training. No rank in the RNC is earned solely on the basis of time or preference.

Three factors constitute an uprank in the clan:
1) The Amount of Points Earned
2) Agility/Thieving/Herblore Level
3) Exam Requirement (if applicable)

The ranking system in the RNC is also associated with what we call Elemental Pathways. Every person joins the clan as an initiate, but once you achieve your first rank in the clan, each member is able to choose his/own road through the elements to the ultimate rank of Sensei.

As you fulfill each rank's requirements and participate with the clan, the following is a list of ranks that you can expect to achieve in order:

When a student graduates from the Inititate rank, it is here where they must make a choice as to which elemental pathway they'd like to choose to get to the Sensei rank. Each elemental pathway characterizes the element's traits in a ninja story-line.

The exams are a crucial part in the upranking process of the RNC. So what exactly are they?

Exams are one on one or smaller events with a sensei in which a student is given a certain task to complete. They are not in any way school-like, but rather more of a practical (hands-on) test.

Although we aren't just going to hand you the exam, we will give you some information so you know a bit on what to expect.

» Initiate:
To uprank from Initiate, you'll need to simply meet the requirements. There is NO exam from Initiate to Level One rank.

» Level One:
To uprank from Level One, you'll undergo a basic written test about your chosen Elemental Pathway consisted of 4-5 multiple choice questions. This exam should take roughly from 10-15 minutes in length.

» Level Two:
To uprank from Level Two, you'll undergo a short practical test that tests a characteristic of your chosen Elemental Pathway. This exam should take roughly from 20-30 minutes in length.

» Level Three:
To uprank from Level Three, you'll undergo a final exam that tests all the major characteristics of your chosen Elemental Pathway. This exam should take roughly 60 minutes.

» Ninja:
To uprank from Ninja, you will undergo a test that will determine your skills as a leader, your dedication to the clan, and your passion towards fellow students and sensei. This test will determine if you have the ability to step above the role of an average ninja and be able to lead others as a Sensei in Training.

» Sensei in Training:
To uprank from Sensei in Training, you will need to undergo the Sensei Trials. You'll learn more about this once becoming a SIT.

To EVERY meeting and FORMAL event, students and sensei will be required to dress in an appropriate manner. This does not apply to missions; ONLY formal events.

There are two parts to our uniform:

1) The Overall Attire
2) The Amulet

== The Overall Attire ==

Every person at the meeting must be wearing light and flexible gear. Gear that would be considered "ninja". This means:

- NO armor such as rune, dragon, bronze, etc.
- NO robe bottoms.
- NO helmets.

Some possible suggestions for appropriate meetings attire would be:
- Rogue Armor
- Factory Outfit
- Dragonhide
- Frogleather
- Leather
- Snakeskin
- Combo: (Robe top + Chaps)
- Skeletal, Splitbark, Spined
- Void

If you have any questions about what is okay or what is not okay, private message me in game.

ALL Sensei should be in ROGUE/FACTORY ARMOR (top and bottom).

== The Amulet ==

Each aligned student is required to also wear the amulet corresponding to their rank. Sensei/SIT are not required to wear this amulet, but it is advised to do so. Initiate have no requirement for the amulet.

Wind = Amulet of Power/Diamond Amulet
Water = Amulet of Magic/Sapphire Amulet
Earth = Amulet of Defence/Emerald Amulet
Fire = Amulet of Strength/Ruby Amulet
