Meeting Minutes


Ban List

A number of names was reviewed today and removed, allot still remain, if you would like to vouch for someone please speak with me direct about why they are there and why they should be removed. The ban list is to be sued to stop people from creating issues in the clan and if they are no longer creating issues should be removed.


Citadel

The citadel capping changes are happily accepted by clan mates, and will continue to remain how they are. This will allow the citadel haters to not have to maintain 3 stars, but still having them do some work towards it.

Swearing

The clan still remains a no swearing CC, direct abuse will not be tolerated. However certain words are allowed, that really in a mature conversation how no malice, acronyms are also allowed in the chat. But the main words considered swearing are still not welcomed accidental slippages happen, dosent mean it will be allowed to be anything more than that.

Clan Rules

The clan rules where tightened in a number of ways, group a number of them under respecting clan mates as a overall arching rule. The rules seemed to long so it was cut down to make people understand its just basic things that are asked for.

Clan Direction

Laina and Hony brought forth their idea on the next phase of Zirak in general, what is the next phase for Zirak, what does it look like, activity is up, events are up, now its onto Modernining.

Runescape has change and so does the clan need to with it. W83 POC community is all but dead, with no wars, no real POC behaviours displayed in 83 any more. Zirak has decided to remain a POC based contuining its support to other POC's it is still associated with, but will also start to look at a larger community impact aspect.

Today Zirak launches its new era with the Community Development Project. this hub is something we will be exited to be launching not only for our clan, but we hope to out reach into others communities. As our events are now ticking along strongly, we are now looking at how to involve other clans who struggle in this area, by offering access to join our community based events.

Rank Restructure

A meeting will be held to re structure the ranks with in Zirak.

Anyone with a Rank ADMIN and higher, please look at your community input, do you put into the clan, do you warrant your rank? Sometimes its our selves that can be answer this. There is nothing wrong with stepping down from a rank, your still a part of the clan.

A clan re structure is going to happen, if you think you may be affected by it, and want to step down before asked to let me know.

Kingdom Lore and Roleplaying

Kingdom Lore will be reviewed, and Role playing is still gaining traction in the clan, people are waiting more of it, but we need someone who can dedicate to building this area up, any intrested parties in and out of the clan are asked to speak to Lain.

Events

Events are going along well, good attendance and great range. Looking at event requests and building some events to help people reach goals, trim, comp, task system. with the launch of the new project team, this will continue to help grow our events.
