OMG I know I know, what the heck have I got on my mind today! Okay, so you know that time old saying your mum says! If you aint got nothin nice to say, dont say anything at all. my gwd I love that saying, I use it all the time. I also like the saying, got stick it.. wait hang on being side tracked.

So anyhow, the thing I hate about the saying is when some preachers it like they the most perfect person around, ummm excuse me, that halo seems to be chocking your two faced hypocritical ass, might want to loose the pretend nice look and just stop.

Please you need to be taking a step back my man and take a hard long look at yourself before you start preaching kindness to others.
