Imperium of Sorcery currently control Lunar Island and Fremmy Isles.

Arcane Kingdom currently controls Rellekka.

Miscellania and Etceteria look to be unclaimed at the moment.

I would suggest taking Miscellania and Etceteria as your Capital if your intent is to move into the Fremennik lands.

This is what a new Clan starts out with.
• 100,000gp for claiming land
• A spot on the list of clans for free advertising
• Bumps to your thread from community members
• Two week grace period from war. [You are unable to Delare war on someone else, or have someone else declare war on you.
• A vote for community wide votes [War disputes, technicalities, other issues, ect.]
• Access to the Community Teamspeak + Clan Channel for Zirak Kingdom

Miscellania and Etceteria will cost 75,000 of that 100,000. It gives a weekly income of 12,500. Land taken as a 'Capital' are immune from warring unless the Clan that owns it becomes inactive and only after a community vote.

Since I know you are interested in... procurring the Fremmy Isles and Rellekka, here is some info on Wars.

War may only be declared once a week[After 2-week Grace]. Wars cost 50,000gp from the declaring side, plus one half of the total cost of the land in question. This money is forfeit even if the declaring clan loses.
