As I had posted earlier, what I heard was just a RUMOR. I did*’t name any One Party, Person, or the Particular Situation. As I posted above, if this RUMOR was true, then I call shenanigans.
If this RUMOR wasn’t true then no one needs respond as if it were flame bait.
I think letting clan-mates know of potential sneaky behavior without pointing fingers is the responsible way to handle these types of RUMORS. As it was just a RUMOR, I had heard.
If this RUMOR were to have been a true RUMOR then I’m sure A Godly that you would want to know of this kind of behavior in advance before attending such an event. I’m sorry A Godly that you feel if a clan-mate who was in effect scamming (Not in this particular instance) that they should be saved by the Rank they possess rather then the treatment of the many. All I said was if this Rumor was true, it wouldn’t be tolerated.
It doesn’t matter what RANK a person has in any Clan if this kind of behavior is actually going on then it is a problem for every person involved. High Ranks aren’t “shielded” by their rank. People, Clan-mates, and the like are easily intimidated by higher ranks, and with that, they do not question RUMORS, or call out Questionable Behaviors. (In my many clan encounters, just because a person has a high rank in a clan it doesn’t mean they are trusted or above shady behavior).
Tldr: make sure ppl who are involved in your event know the terms, and what they are getting into before ppl start talking about it in cc. Letting parties aware of the terms would have avoided any rumors to be spread.
I am relieved to find out that the RUMOR I heard wasn’t true. It makes it safer place for everyone to know this kind of shady isn’t tolerated.
Yes, I get offended when I hear a rumor that a person in a clan has done sneaky to another clan-mate. What do you get offended by?
