I have been giving out Temporary Admin Ranks to those interested in checking out Clan Avatar.

I am using this as a tool to motivate Clan Mates to participate in Hosting/Leading/Attending Events, Posting on Clan Forum, Participating in Clan Chat, and overall being clan oriented.


I updated the Clan Master List today =D

Citadel Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities‘:

~Assigns tasks and duties to Clan-mates based on resources and supplies that we need for upkeep and upgrades to our Citadel. (This job isn’t required at this current Tier, but it will come in handy as our Citadel Grows)

~ Sets upgrades to the different skill plots and custom decorations

~ Sets Resource Goals weekly to ensure everyone knows at a glance what we need

~ Posts periodically throughout the week on where our citadel stands on resources

~ Checks Clan-mates for resources (have to be online and on same world as person they are checking)

~ Keeps a semi-accurate list as to which Clan-mates are making the effort in the City weekly

~ Reminds everyone to get up to the Citadel as often as they can

~ Locks Skill Plots as required if too much of one resource is being collected.

IMPORTANT
Also if you hold an event its very important you post the event and who attended. Ranks are based on participation if you don’t name the event and who attended I’m sure there will be some upset ranks.

Attention Star Ranks and Above!!!!
I have posted a GUIDELINE that every RANK needs to FOLLOW when PROMOTING ranks.
You will find this Guideline for Promotions on Page 26; Post 10 continued on to Page 27; Post 1 & Post 2. (Three Posts all together)

Please use these GUDIELINES as a tool when deciding which ranks are due for promotions in the Clan.
