I found out yesterday that some newer Clan-mates have never been to our Clan’s Citadel.

New Clan-mates cannot gather resources and help maintain our Citadel until 7-13 days after first ENTERING/VISITING the Citadel. The new Clan-mate wont even count as a visitor until the probation period is over.

When you are officially inviting a potential into the clan I ask that you explain to the potential that our city is very important to us, we all pull our own weight, and if they want to take advantage of the perks like the Clan Avatar they too have to help maintain our City.

__-**Protocol on Recruiting and Officially Inviting Clan-mates in Game**-__

Step 1.) When adding a new recruit Star Rank MUST check our forum to make sure the potential has an approved application.

Step 2.) The Recruiter needs to meet potential clan-mate at the clan camp.

Step 3.) Take the new recruit to get clan cape and banner

Step 4.) Very important!! You need to take the new recruit to our clan citadel.
