Ben my issues I was having last night...weren't from my cruddy connection.
I do believe it has something to do with updates. I know they (Jagex) likes to add them in pieces at a time.
Game eventually did load, but uber slow like a huge update was going on.
Let me know if you experience same issue's when logging in tomorrow. Like abnormal loading game time.

ALSO
We have met upkeep at the city and I have unlocked all plots. Thank you everyone who did make the effort to come up and help gathering resources and visiting. I appreciate every bit of the help you have given in this build.

As I will be gone next week, I hope that everyone is self motivated to get up there and collect resources. I will be quite sad to return to a broken city
