I'm not quite sure about your comment:
"I'd like to belong to a clan that doesn't expect me to tell my group everytime I make any kind of accomplishment. I want to just do my thing and post it in the thread when I level up a skill. "
Our clan sadly does quick chat their skill levels & people do celebrate their levels if that is what you're against.
Capping & visiting the citadel is great to hear though if you have real life commitment/ issues- there is no need to stress at our current phase, besides a simple post on our clan forums is all that's requested/ wanted anyway
From your application, you sound like someone I could get a long with or socialise with though intermingling with everyone in our clan may pose a challenge if you don't talk much haha.
