Dear the most esteemed Don Mattyworrier,

I would like to beg of yourself the rights to claim either the Tree Gnome Stronghold or Al Kharid (+Duel Arena, Mage training Arena and the Cithered* Abbey) so as to form a Kingdom in the North of the Kharid or of Gnomish intent.

Such a Kingdom will remain most neutral and seek to keep friendly relations with all. However, we would be willing to pay tribute to the Don Mattyworrier and defend the Kharidian Desert below Shantay Pass from any foreign invasion. Likewise, rulership of the Tree Gnome Stronghold will be repaid the same way.
