Favorite Quest? Why?: Fate of the Gods - I'm mostly into 6th age lore because I didn't play RS until only a couple of years ago. I loved the story in FOtG, the music, the voice acting, the combat. Second place goes to One Of A Kind for similar reasons.
Least Favorite Quest? Why?: Of the more recent ones, I'd say Crocodile Tears. It was very underwhelming in terms of story content and how it was resolved.
