Currently we have three avatar and are working towards the Dragon Mascot in our Tier 7 Citadel.

This is a game, and as such should be fun so we don't force people to do something they don't want to do, so visiting, skilling and capping in the citadel is a choice.

We also don't "lock" skilling plots in the citadel so we advance faster. Clanmates have worked hard to get the citadel to its current level, and as such shouldn't have their skilling limited, and should be able to enjoy all skills every week they have earned. :)
