The reason why we're putting
recruitment on hold
is due to our unexpected growth - 3 months ago when we 5 founders got together, we could never have imagined that we'd end up meeting this many
amazing and like-minded iron people
in just 3 months. So, in order to preserve the
family feeling
, we're taking a bit of time to get to know each other, and focus on
community events
.
