A temple Ibis lands at the tower of voices, tied to leg is a sheet of parchment that is sealed with the mark of the Exiled Deviants. Upon taking the parchment, the Ibis takes off in the direction of home.

"Dear Xul Guardian of the Kingdom
I would like to first extend my apologies for my absence during the time of arrival of one your vessels. I have been making trips to the west whenever I am able in order to make contact with those who reside on the land. My people and I are humbled by your invitation and would be more than glad to attend such an occasion. I have ordered my captain to prepare for the long voyage ahead so that we may witness the rise of your newly appointed leader of the kingdom.
As for my homeland, it is a region in the state of turmoil. We fight to unite the islands under one banner and to put the Maoi at peace. Negative energy has manifested under the rule of Skulls Khaan and we have fought to push his forces back. But let us not upset the mood during what is supposed to be a time a celebration! I am sure we will get to know each other more over time. "
