It is my sad duty as the head of the citadel to inform you that a member of our brave guards has been killed in the line of duty. He was the finest example of a KoI guard and a young man of remarkable courage and strength of character. His loss will be deeply felt by all who knew him.

(Add "eaten by dragons" to job hazard description of KoI Citadel guards)
