[IV] Recruitment and Ranking
To be recruited just join the clan “Crystal Empire” and ask one of our members to recruit you! You will be added as soon as a member with recruiting abilities becomes available. If no high ranks are online, post here and we'll add you!
(THE FIRST FIVE NEW RECRUITS, JOINING AFTER 7/17/2014, WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE BROZNE/SILVER STAR RANK UPON RECRUITMENT)
Recruit (^) – Automatically given when recruited.
Corporal (^^) – Players must cap at least twice in the citadel.
Sergeant (^^^) – Players must cap at least after achieving Corporal rank.
Lieutenant (Bronze Star) – Time spent in clan, friendly, gives advice. Given whenever a Captain+ feels they’re good enough or is voted by enough players.
Captain (Silver Star) – Time spent in clan, friendly, gives advice. Given whenever a Captain+ feels they’re good enough or is voted by enough players.
General (Gold Star) – Time spent in clan, friendly, gives advice. Given whenever a Captain+ feels they’re good enough or is voted by enough players. (Admin+ vote required, 40% required)
Admin (Bronze Cross) – Players must apply for this rank, (Overseer+ vote required, 50%)
Organizer (Silver Cross) – Special rank, same power as admin with possible extra responsibilities. Players must apply for this rank, (Overseer+ vote required, 50%)
Coordinator (Silver Cross) – Special rank, same power as admin with possible extra responsibilities. Players must apply for this rank, (Overseer+ vote required, 50%)
Overseer (Bronze Key) – Players must apply for this rank, be Admin+, deemed extremely trustworthy, active, and able to take on responsibilities. (Deputy Owner+ vote required, 80%) [Rank is basically right/left hand man/woman for the clan]
(Always notify a higher rank if you have met the requirements for promotion or feel you deserve the promotion.)
(Bribery is frowned upon. If caught, you will not receive a rank, possibly receive a demotion, and you will be deemed untrustworthy.)
