How did you find the Empire of Falador: I used to be a part of it.
Were you in any other clans/POCs: Not that I remember.
If so, what were the names and why did you leave: Left EoF because I stopped playing, my old name was blue_abyss/o_O, though it's been so long I doubt anyone remembers the name.
Will you be an active member of the community: Yes, I've just come back to the game though.

Edit: Apparently I was in another clan and had to leave, putting me in a 7-day probation. I will re-apply after this is complete.
