A Coal Black Raven would fly east to Waiko from Sophanem. Tied to its leg would be a scroll where the crest of The Silver Vigil, A compass Star and Crossed Swords, could be seen inlayed on a wax seal.

We are responding to your Ibis to inform you an alliance would be much welcomed. A trading boat named “The Flying Fish” from Port Sarim docked on the fine docks of Waiko. Running of it came the Captain who quickly contacted local authorities, asking to meet Khan Deviant Dan. Unaware of The Khan’s absence as he explores the western lands, the Captain leaves a scroll at the Khan’s disposal, saying that he received the scroll from ‘a Fremennik, on the docks of Port Sarim’. The scroll bears the wax seal of Kingdom of Isafdar, the Kingdom of the Elves. Once opened, the scroll reads:

Exiled Deviants, words of you arriving at the great city of Varrock has reached the far western parts of our world, and the elven woods of Isafdar. We do not know much about you, nor your homelands, and would like to show you that our Kingdom is fair to everyone!

We therefore invite you, Khan Deviant Dan, and your people, to the official coronation of Grand Elder Sir Travis 2. The Grand Elder wishes friends, foes and unknowns welcome as we celebrate the entry to a new era.


After serving the Kingdom under Queen Arya Thorel, Sir Travis 2 was elected as the Grand Elder and the new leader of the Kingdom. He is now ready to take on the role as official leader of the Kingdom.
The Citadel of our Kingdom offers a safe and sound environment for all races, but if accommodations are needed they will be met.
